Cancellation and Refund Policy At JSGROUP, we strive to provide the best photography services for our customers.

To maintain fairness and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

Refund Policy Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
1. JSGROUP’s Responsibility:
• If our team fails to show up for the scheduled session.
• If the promised photos are not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• If accidents or equipment malfunctions occur that prevent the completion of the photoshoot.
2. Customer’s Responsibility:
• Refund requests from customers will only be considered if they provide a reasonable and valid explanation for cancellation or dissatisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
• Customers must inform us of cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the session.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment made.
Responsibilities and Compliance
• Customers are required to follow all instructions and details shared by JSGROUP before and during the session. • JSGROUP ensures complete responsibility for delivering every detail as discussed and agreed upon prior to the session.
